More than a name, DreamWorks is a place. The main campus is home to an immense amount of talent in a concentrated space, all thriving in a collaborative creative haven.
We are a community of filmmakers, animators, designers, artists, innovators, technologists and executives who stay at the top of their field by taking risks and pushing beyond the limits in every aspect of their work.
Our leadership is committed to providing ongoing education and training programs in addition to encouraging employees to engage and unwind with a range of social offerings from artist workshops, screenings, and speaker series, to gallery exhibits, clubs, yoga and ping pong.
We strive to create an inclusive culture where all are welcome, differences are respected, and everyone has an opportunity to succeed.
Giving Back
We are committed to creating a workforce that is dedicated to bettering our industry and our communities. We take our corporate social responsibility seriously, and to that end, offer many programs related to education, mentoring and employment for potential new talent and employees at every career level. As a studio, we're also dedicated to serving our communities through an array of volunteer projects that benefit organizations in animation, arts and schools.
